We and our co-plaintiffs secured a major First Amendment victory after a federal court ruled that Arkansas’ Ten Commandments monument at the State Capitol is unconstitutional and must be removed.

A reasonable observer would continue to believe that the cross in the middle of the Preserve–that is ninety-five percent owned by the government–still gives the appearance of government endorsement of Christianity.
