The Humanist Foundation is the Endowment Fund of the American Humanist Association.
The Humanist Foundation supports the activities of the American Humanist Association by offering members opportunities to ensure the advancement of Humanism’s life-affirming message to countless future generations.
Since its founding in 1980, The Humanist Foundation has seen its assets climb to over ten million dollars, which includes the AHA’s statement building in the heart of Washington, DC. This effort is the culmination of a dream among AHA members, who have been providing for the future of Humanism through their wills, trusts, life insurance plans, and gift annuities since the AHA was founded in 1941. A number of these options enable the giver to enjoy a secure life income while benefiting the AHA in future years.
The Humanist Foundation is led by a Board of Trustees made up of AHA members who have been involved in humanist leadership for years and are well positioned to be sound custodians of these investments.
We hope you’ll consider enjoying the pleasure and security of knowing your gift will continue throughout the century and beyond, supporting the advancement of humanism by leaving a bequest to the Humanist Foundation of the American Humanist Association.
