The American Humanist Association (AHA) is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. Donor Privacy

The American Humanist Association (AHA) is a 501(c)(3) charitable educational organization as determined by the Internal Revenue Service. Donations to the AHA are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Our Federal Tax ID Number or Employer Identification Number (EIN) is 94-6168317.

Unless otherwise noted, your gift will be used for the projects that the American Humanist Association determines are in need of funds.

From time to time, the AHA may share your name and mailing address with other like-minded organizations. This exchange benefits the AHA in a number of ways, including the opportunity to increase our membership base by reaching out to potential new members. Collection of your Personal Information

AHA collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. AHA also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.

There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by the AHA. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is used by AHA for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the AHA Web site.

Use of your Personal Information

The American Humanist Association stores all contact information that is voluntarily provided by Web site visitors. On some pages, you can order products, sign up for email alerts, purchase tickets to a conference or event, join or renew your AHA membership, or donate.
