A statement from AHA Executive Director Roy Speckhardt:

“We join the many people who value justice and equity and are outraged by the Kentucky grand jury decision in the Breonna Taylor case. We share with people of conscience the disdain for the failed response of the government to the undeniable injustice against Black lives perpetrated by those who are in law enforcement. We call for renewed efforts to enact police reform immediately before any more lives are wrongfully ended.”
