We joined the Interfaith Alliance Foundation in arguing the Constitution’s Religion clause encompasses non-theistic religions, including humanism, to the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Either Humanism is a religion, at least in some circumstances, or current free exercise jurisprudence is discriminatory and unconstitutional. Equality demands that the type of convictions currently protected—regardless of their source—are available to all or available to none.
