We and our co-plaintiffs secured a major First Amendment victory after a federal court ruled that Arkansas’ Ten Commandments monument at the State Capitol is unconstitutional and must be removed.

State capitals should be welcoming to all citizens, and this ruling rightfully rejects this effort to promote one specific set of religious beliefs above all others – including the right to not believe at all.
