We joined 15 religious and civil rights organizations in challenging Kentucky’s trigger and six-week bans on abortion which violate Kentuckians’ religious and reproductive rights.

In enacting the trigger ban and six-week ban, Kentucky legislators sought to impose their religious beliefs about life and abortion on all Kentuckians.
