Children’s mental health is an essential part of their overall health and ability to thrive throughout life. Although 1 in 5 U.S. children has a mental, emotional, behavioral, or developmental disorder, only about 20% of those in need receive the appropriate services. Join us for an empowering event where families come together to learn how to support kids’ mental health with confidence and compassion. Discover practical ways to talk about emotions, manage stress as a team, and connect with expert resources. On May 12, as part of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’ll talk with Candace R. M. Gorham, LCMHC and Gabriel Smith, LCSW about building a healthier, happier future for every child.
Join us on Zoom for the Q&A session, then keep the discussions going in our Discord.
