Instructor

Suandria Hall is a mental health counselor and life coach based in Denver, Colorado. She focuses on life transitions, religious trauma, and women’s issues.

A preacher’s kid from the Bible belt south, she faced firsthand the difficulties in leaving a dogmatic religious foundation to learning to stand in one’s own truth. It was during this personal journey where she realized there was a lack of support available to those experiencing religious trauma.

In addition to therapy and coaching, Suandria speaks and writes as an advocate for trauma healing. It is her goal to be a resource and safe place for others questioning belief or transitioning altogether.
