The American Humanist Association speaks to the nation and the world, bringing the humanist viewpoint to bear on the critical issues of our time, through its media outreach. The organization issues press releases and other statements, holds media events, and participates in coalitions on issues central to humanist concerns. By these means the humanist philosophy is made relevant and its influence on the culture is expanded.
